PLAN YOUR VISIT
The Ashland Japanese Garden is located at the heart of Lithia Park, above the Butler Memorial Bandshell, across from the pickleball courts.
If you are planning on visiting the garden with a large group, please contact Ashland Parks and Recreation in advance of your visit – 541.488.5340.
There is parking a short walk above the garden’s entrance near the upper Duck Pond and a short walk below the garden’s entrance near the intersection of Granite Street and Winburn Way.
Entry to the Ashland Japanese Garden is free, but your support helps to maintain the garden, allowing it to expand and grow. Donations may be made online by visiting our Support Page.
Restrooms are located across from the garden, adjacent to the Pickleball Courts, and north of the garden next to the Butler-Memorial Bandshell.
Only a portion of the garden is ADA compliant and stroller friendly—from the entrance gate and down to the Deck overlooking the Pond.
